		<description>It is an interesting question - to answer it, let us take the perspective of a product company like Oracle. When a cetrain product is released, do they change staffing on the project? The answer is yes, if the product has reached its end of life or, if for other reasons, future development is discontinued or scaled down. If you have adopted an agile methodology and if you make data warehouse functionality available in frequent releases, staffing needs will not change significantly between releases, at least in the short to medium term.

As for your other question, consultants are most commonly hired for any of the "core" positions, but never to fill the role of a super user. As I said, consultants may be hired either for their specialized skills or to augment staff.</description>
